What documents are required for the application process?
You must complete the TNT rental application form, which can be provided upon contact.

How do I book a showing?
Fill out the contact form on this website, and we will get back to you as soon as possible to schedule a showing.

What is the lease term?
1 year.

Is a security/damage deposit required?
Yes, the deposit amount is half of one month’s rent. It will be returned after move-out, following an inspection of the unit to ensure there are no damages that would result in the loss of the deposit.

How do I pay rent?
The preferred method of payment is auto deposit. However, we also accept e-transfers.

Are utilities included?
No.

Is rental insurance required?
Yes, all tenants must purchase rental insurance and provide proof of coverage. Any tenant who fails to obtain insurance may be evicted without notice.

Are there additional fees?
Yes, there is a monthly water/sewer fee, which can be paid with rent.
​
Are pets allowed?
In most cases, pets are allowed with a deposit. The required amount depends on the pet(s). However, some units/houses do not allow dogs.

Is there garbage pick-up?
For apartment complexes, yes. Garbage pick-up is done weekly on Fridays. You may place your garbage at the end of the driveway no earlier than Thursday evening to prevent animals from tearing it up. Until then, garbage can be kept outside your door.

Are there any restrictions on decorating?
Yes, painting or making nail holes in the walls is not allowed unless approved by management. Stick-on lights are also prohibited as they are difficult to remove.

What do I need to do before moving out?
A one-month notice is required before moving out. The rental unit must be thoroughly cleaned, including filters and behind appliances, in order to receive your deposit back.

What happens if I’m late on rent?
There is a late fee of $10 for the first day and $2 for each additional day until the rent is paid in full.​​​​​​​​​​​
